Terms & Conditions for Booking Refunds:

• Refunds for bookings made via manatidur.com will be subject to a deduction for payment gateway service charges.
• Refunds are processed on the 1st or 15th of each month.
• Cut-off dates for processing are the 10th and 25th of each month.
