The name “Manatidur” originates from the Malay phrase meaning “Where to Sleep”, reflecting our mission to provide comfortable, reliable, and memorable short-stay accommodations. Our brand is designed to be easily recognized and recalled whenever travelers seek a trusted place to stay in town.

Unlike many independent B&B hosts who operate on a wide but scattered scale, Manatidur adopts a focused management approach. By concentrating our resources within selected developments, we ensure consistent service standards, streamlined operations, and a superior guest experience.

Established in 2019, Manatidur began with just a few listings. Through years of dedication, innovation, and professional management, the company has grown steadily and now manages more than 130 listings across prime locations in the Klang Valley. Our portfolio includes a strong presence in The Hub at Petaling Jaya with 45 listings, UNA Residence with 27 listings, and Ukiyo with 48 listings. We also operate several units in developments such as Sunway Velocity Two, D’INaRA, and others including D’Rapport, 121 Residences, and The Arcuz.
