Terms and Conditions

1. Extra Bed
-Guests aged 12 years and above will require an extra bed, subject to availability.
-For children aged 6 to 12 years who require an extra bed, please inform us in advance so arrangements can be made.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
-Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
-Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
-Requests for early check-in or late check-out should be made in advance.
-If you wish to guarantee early access before the standard check-in time, we recommend booking the night prior to your arrival.
-Late check-out without prior approval may result in late check-out fees or an additional night’s room charge.

3. Luggage Storage
-Complimentary luggage storage is available in a secure location until your room is ready.

4. Booking Changes
-All booking changes must be made in writing.
-No changes are valid until written confirmation is provided by Manatidur.
-Rate differences may apply depending on the nature of the change.

5. Tourism Tax
-In accordance with Malaysian law, a tourism tax will apply to all foreign tourists upon check-in.
-Malaysian citizens with MyKad and permanent residents with MyPR are exempt from this tax.
